Synopsis

Virginia Woolf (Nicole Kidman) writes the book Mrs. Dalloway, and its repercussions are felt across two generations, a depressed housewife Laura Brown (Julianne Moore) and a stressed out mother Clarissa Vaughn (Meryl Streep) whose former lover is dying of AIDS.

The Stepford Wives starring Nicole Kidman and Matthew Broderick is a real time waster of a movie, even as a rental. I chalk it up to a lack of guts.
