TechnologyUnsubstantiated rumor says that Microsoft is considering a large investment in Facebook that would put the value of the Web 2.0 social networking darling north of $10 billion. In the end a company is worth whatever someone will pay for it, but I’ll play the game of opining whether or not Facebook is “worth” that pile of clams:

Google Very Well Could Achieve Social Network Domination

GoogleToday, TechCrunch reports on some secret meeting where Google has something “really really big” in the works to take Facebook on head to head. Sounds kinda sneaky and strange (and a little Dr. Evil) but this is Silicon Valley.
