Google Da Vinci Code Game, Final Day

Got hooked on the Da Vinci Code Google quest for the past few weeks, basically small, daily puzzles that are variations on 5 puzzles: Sudoku, 3 question multiple choice quiz, “restoration”, chess, and hanging paintings on hooks. The puzzles have been increasing in difficulty and we’re in the last week.
Although I grew up in Hawaii, I haven’t lived there in over a decade so every time I return I always notice differences from mainland living. Here’s a short list of observations:
The long-awaited iBook/MacBook update may finally be happening next week Tuesday. This one is a long time coming, as there is no technical reason why it can’t be done. Faster Mac laptops with Intel exist and the Mac Mini and iMacs have already gone Intel, which are the desktop parallels to the iBook/MacBook.
Been in Hawaii for the past week or so, resulting in not too much computer time. There’s something about hanging out with family and going to the beach that makes staring at a computer screen seem rather trivial and unimportant. It’s the contrast of blue sky and green mountains, piles of raw fish, and warm sun and rain.
