On New Twitter

New Twitter = simpler.

I recall when Twitter first started, it sounded so simple as to be ridiculous — get an account, blab about whatever you want, and you must do it in 140 characters. But its simplicity = easy to use, as writing a sentence proved much easier than crafting several paragraphs. And so the recent stripping down of the iPhone app and website reclaims some of that initial, simple feeling.
