The results of my first Webomatica poll are in. The question was, “Which artist’s songs should I listen to and rank, next?”

So far, I’ve done two music artist series featuring The Beatles and The Bangles where I listened to their entire recorded repertoire, ranked each song from one to five stars, and then calculated a rating number of each album, thereby coming up with my own personal best album and best song lists. It’s pretty tedious and obviously totally biased to my amateur music listening ability, but it’s fun to apply such a methodical method to music I enjoy.

I’m playing around with a poll module (Democracy), just to get some more user feedback. About two weeks ago when I upgraded to WordPress 2.1, I got some helpful comments. So I’m moving on to asking folks about some other stuff I’m planning for this blog. I figure I’ll leave each poll up for a week to get some useful information.
