Visited another massive Beverages and More in Mountain View, California, where I found another variant of Boylan Diet Birch Beer, this one tan with stronger outlines. At this point I think I have all the Boylan bottle caps, but they keep surprising me.

I had just finalized a trade with someone in Spain when I get a paper bag donation from Richard, our old neighbor’s father. I’m a bit unenthused as the last two boxes of hundreds of bottle caps from him were mostly domestic beers (Budweiser, Miller Lite, Samuel Adams) but this bag is the mother lode: About 250 bottle caps, of which about 75 or so I don’t have, all in pretty fine condition.

So I’m a bit over 600 bottle caps in my collection. It’s been interesting to say the least. I’m working on my sixth trade with someone in Spain for about 30 bottle caps. There are tons of traders world wide with some people having collections in the tens of thousands, so this hobby could keep me busy for the rest of my life.

Got a package of 21 bottle caps from Italy. Bottle Cap-O-Rama now has over 500 unique bottle caps. I’m pretty excited as I’m now halfway towards meeting my goal of 1,000 bottle caps by the end of the year.

I finally got my first Joomla module working. After getting stuck on the install process, I gave up using the zip file technique. Joomla lets you install from a directory, so I just uploaded my files and using that method, everything installed properly. Go figure.
