Add mustaches and beards to photographs using this photo-enhacing iPhone app.

The Good

• Highly detailed mustaches, including transparency so you can slightly see things beneath – essential for a realistic look. The resultant pictures can look surprisingly good.
• In addition to mustaches, there are beards, head-hair and even a pair of shades and fake teeth. In total are 43 elements with silly names like “magnum’stache,” “travolta’stache,” and “wtfstache.”
• Increase or decrease the size of any added element, plus rotate to get just the right positioning, all done intuitively through the iPhone’s multitouch.
• Can add multiple elements to any one photograph.
• Options to save to your camera roll, email, or post to a public gallery.

The Bad

• Would be nice to change mustache / beard color.

Conclusion

‘Stachtastic is a silly app, but does what it claims in a straightforward, competent manner. Could some enterprising developer combine ‘Stachetastic with Cat Paint?
