Decorate your photos with a variety of cute cats.

The Good

• Performs as advertised. Just tap anywhere on the screen to place a cat there to the sound of a random cat meow. The experience oddly, highly amusing based on the limited functionality. But of course, I’m a cat nut.
• Tab a red tab at screen bottom to call up some painting options. You can choose from eight different cats, change the cat size with a slider, save a photograph to your camera roll, email, or an online gallery, or call up the camera so you can take a new picture to cat-paint.

The Bad

• Even more cats would be nice, or the ability to add your own.
• Could use more editing options: would be nice to rotate the cats, or erase.

Conclusion

If you’re a cat fiend – and only such individuals are likely still reading this review – you’ll like this app. Meow.
