Hitler Didn’t Like The Avatar Trailer, Either

An official teaser trailer for James Cameron’s CGI extravaganza Avatar hit the interwebs a while back and while it was amusing, I was kind of let down by it, explaining why I didn’t post about it at the time.

I am mostly unenthused by the alien avatar creatures. They look like humanoid cats and are basically not alien enough for me. Seems the odds of humanoid aliens are pretty low. I’d like to see some really nutty aliens like jellyfish with fifty fingers, ninety three eyeballs, that wear their sex organs in an elaborate hairstyle. But the Cameron aliens resemble gigantic Smurfs, blue versions of elves from Elfquest, or the Gamilons from Star Blazers. Yeah, cartoons. So much for ground-breaking CGI.

Anyhow, Hitler just heard about the “meh” Avatar trailer and is actually, rather pissed about it. Didn’t we see this coming?
