Interesting stuff! I just took a brief hiatus, myself, as part of The Next Great Generation’s social media blackout experiment.

My blackout lasted only two days, but keep in mind I’m a power user. I decided to chronicle my experience. (See my site.)

Glad your self-imposed social media blackout has given you some breathing space. I understand completely — sometimes the effort to become all the more connected in the digital world can have quite an isolating effect in analog world. And face-to-face, real interpersonal communication is still far more satisfying than any online equivalent.

However, there has been a side-effect that has me very concerned. For some reason, during this hiatus, you’ve submerged yourself in an ocean of Woody Allen movies. Please surface soon!
