Netflix queue management on the iPhone is something I’ve wanted for a while now, as it would be especially handy when out and about and someone recommends a flick to rent. The iPhone app iPhlix allows management of your Netflix queue via the iPhone.
The Good
- Management of the queue is done in a clear and intuitive way, with cover graphics, star ratings, and even Blu-Ray availability. Click “Edit” to delete items or reorder the queue.
- Another tab allows you to view and manage your Watch Instantly queue through the same interface.
- To add a new movie to the queue, click “Browse” or “Search.” The titles appear in a list form. When you find a title you want to rent, click the “+” button at top and you get an option to add the movie to your Netflix queue, Watch Instantly queue, and even the top or end of said queue.
- A rating bar appears at the bottom of each individual movie so you can give it a star rating.
- Supports multiple accounts.
The Bad
- Nothing. I think I’ve found my Netflix queue management iPhone App.
Conclusion
Out of all the Netflix queue management apps I’ve tried, iPhlix is far and away the best. Of course, it costs the most – $2.99. Still, at that price, which is the cost of a normal vide rental anyhow, it’s totally worth it. Highly recommended.
