		<description>I had the same problem which I fixed very simply. I had scanned some documents onto my computer and although they were jpgs, iphoto wouldn&#039;t read them. The problem? iphoto doesn&#039;t recognize the file&#039;s color embedding from Lexmark printers (or possibly other devices). The simple solution is to resave in photoshop, but uncheck the box that says &quot;Embed Color Profile&quot;. Simple solution for me. Whew.</description>

		<description>Great fix. I had the same problem. I didn&#039;t bother to verify the HD just deleted the pref files and rebooted and it worked fine. THanks for doing the leg work on this.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Doug</description>
