Battlestar Galactica: Home (1)
Season 2, Episode 6

Synopsis
A third of the fleet follows Roslin — whom Adama now considers a religious-fanatic-terrorist — to Kobol to find the Tomb of Athena which will hopefully point the way to Earth. Starbuck returns from Caprica with the Arrow of Apollo. Lee and Roslin are happy to see her, but surprised and angry to see Athena with them — a known Cylon model. Her best defense is that she knows the tomb’s location.
Back on Galactica, a new CAG takes several pilots on a training run where Kat is nearly killed. Later, the new CAG further demonstrates his incompetence during a botched refuling operation.
On Kobol, a landing party consisting of Starbuck, Helo, Roslin, Athena, Lee and others sets out on foot to the tomb. Zarek and his henchman Meier plot to kill Lee. Elosha holds a holy scripture book which they consult for directions.
In the forest, Elosha steps on a mine and is killed. Cylons open fire from above. Athena runs off. Lee chases her. She grabs a large weapon and uses it to destroy the last Cylon.
After talking to Dualla, Adama decides to join the rest of the fleet back around Kobol rather than remain divided.
Thoughts
At long last, Athena and Helo return to the fleet after being separated for literally all of season one. There is much tension as she is still not fully trustworthy. She’ll have to prove her loyalty to the humans several times over the next few episodes, and still not completely gain the trust of the humans around her.
Another new plot thread is Starbuck missing Anders whom she left behind on Caprica. She’ll struggle with the separation until it nearly destroys her in Scar.
