Battlestar Galactica: Razor Movie Tonight

Battlestar GalacticaIt’s been a while since I’ve posted about Battlestar Galactica, but tonight we finally get some new material. A special two-hour movie called Razor premieres tonight. There will be a DVD with extended material coming out on December 5. Read all about it on the Sci-Fi Channel website.

From what I understand the movie largely focuses on the Battlestar Pegasus, commanded by Admiral Helena Cain, but also contains some information about the first Cylon war, and some glimpses of Bill Adama’s first command.

Anyhow, the early reviews are pretty positive. Hopefully the movie will be awesome enough to fill in the long gap before season 4. Oh, and after I’ve watched it I’ll post my own thoughts.

  • I must admit that I cheated a bit and watched it a couple weeks ago (I refuse to support SciFi now after the whole possibly playing the 2nd half of the final season in 2009) - overall it's solid and there are some very interesting things happening towards the end. Looking forward to your thoughts.

    Now the only question is when will Season 4 actually start?!
