American Flatbread Pizza

FoodFrozen pizza is one of those convenience foods that we latch onto every once in a while, since it’s so easy to prepare and I’ve rarely met a pizza I didn’t like. We usually heat up this Trader Joe’s Four Cheese pizza thing and put our own toppings on. However, on a whim we tried this different brand of pizza that was good enough that I’ll recommend it on this blog: American Flatbread Pizza.

All I’ll say is sometimes the best pizza has the simple, high quality ingredients and the most rustic of cooking methods.

The packaging is pretty neat too, a sort of hard drawn, retro, hippie kind of affair.

I guess this pizza comes from an actual restaurant based in Vermont, that is opening more locations across America. And I guess there’s one down in Los Alamos. I’ll have to remember that so I can check it out.
