Huh.. I never clicked on that “B” List blogger link until today. It tells me that I’m an A list’er. I don’t believe them. I consider myself a member of the B list on a good day — the C list most of the time. Also, if someone offered me $242,187.66 for my site, I’d sell it to them in a heartbeat, laughing all the way.

Have you considered linking to the rude comments? I’d love to read them, perhaps respond to some of the more ‘entertaining’ ones (what can I say.. sometimes I like irking trolls).

Wow you are an A-list? It’s based on the Technorati rank which although is still fun to track, is getting less and less important personally. As for the “blog worth evaluator” — same here. I think the biggest problem with selling certain blogs with a particular voice is that usually without the original author it doesn’t retain the value so well.

The very rude comments I delete — maybe I should consider saving them in some special file to look back on!

I think I’m slowly giving up on using Technorati rank as a real indicator of anything — there are so many ‘mutual favathons’ that the rank, in many cases, seems extremely artificially inflated. Maybe I’m just bitter because it lists me as a ‘C-lister’ even though I’ve had over 30,000 visitors in the last 5 days lol :)

Thats cool Urbanist did you get dugg? I think all these rank o rama things are a bit silly — I just like to track the progress — or complete lack of progress. My weight in particular has not changed very much over these past few months.

Similar to both of you — I don’t put much weight towards Technorati ranking, but it’s kinda fun to follow. At the very least I like using it to quickly see who’s linking to me (the ones that don’t show up as a pingback/trackback in WordPress), as I often find those sites interesting.

Web-O — yeah I’m an “A” list — I recently broke the 500 “Authority” level, which is what that thing bases its A/B/C list nonsense on I guess. I’ve always thought of Scoble, Arrington, Trapani and people like that as “A” list bloggers. I wouldn’t put myself anywhere close to their level.

Ross I noticed you have 1000 subscribers — that’s huge! I think you’re too humble. Maybe you can start an “A minus” list.
