Adding A Few More Blogs To The Blogroll
July 16th, 2007
The blogroll has gotten rather long and shunted to the bottom of the page, but I keep finding new blogs to read. Most of these are by people who read this blog, and comment regularly, the result of which is I check out their blogs. This is probably the best way for me to demonstrate that commenting is good, and I really do check out the websites of the folks that visit here.
So without further ado:
- Louis Gray: Silicon Valley Blog: From reading Louis’ blog I have learned that he lives in Silicon Valley, loves technology, and uses a Mac. That describes probably several hundred thousand other people but does includes me. We didn’t agree on Ratatouille but can relate to his food coma, housing frustration, and iPhone gear lust.
- Simplehelp: Features lots of awesome techie tips in a clear manner. I was pretty intrigued with Magic Pen and this list of “Single Purpose OS X Programs”. Lots more tips and this blog will only get better as time goes on. I can just let Ross play with all the shareware so I don’t have to, and he can tell us what’s best.
- Consumerist: I find I’m checking out this site more and more often. It’s a pretty slick combination of money saving tips plus dirt on all the annoying scammy things mega-corporations do to bilk us out of cash.
- Chuqui 3.0: Ever read a blog and realize the writer is much smarter than you? The post that made me think that was this one which sent me off on a tanget reading about ADA. Now that is nerdy. He also has a really good rant post on the lameness of Adobe.
