Same here - I did wait in line for the Apple Store grand opening in Palo Alto (met Steve Jobs) and for Tiger (I think) at the Burlingame Apple Store. But yeah - even major movies like Star Wars - I might have waited in line when I was in high school but not these days :) Ha, ha. Gizmodo has an interview with them.

I can’t think of a single event/product that I’d be willing to line up for 4 days in order to attend/get. Let alone a phone. I WILL get in line for Leopard, but for a max of 2 or 3 hours.

I fully intent to play with it in the flesh a bit and then make a decision. It is definitely an expensive phone, and I'm actually more interested in its web browsing and iPod replacement capabilities (for music, photos and TV shows). But I'm really tracking iPhone stuff and posting about it this week as the peripheral entertainment looks to be worth a lot of laughs... and some extra traffic :) Thanks for visiting and commenting! And that's not my "I live in Canada so I won't have one any time soon" side talking either. I'm not sure I'd be willing to shell out the big bucks for one when I can spend a bit more and get a Macbook. Or spend a bit less and get a Mac mini. Meh.
