		<description>Hey Dave - I&#039;m pretty sure those cakes are plastic to top it off - lots of plastic food in the displays. And yeah the thingies in the third pic are really tiny baby fish. They seem to end up as a garnish on stuff. At the inn, we had a dish that seemed to be daikon, wasabi, and some of those fish things mixed in.</description>
