On Vacation: Webomatica Will Be… Different

March 22nd, 2007

By the time you read this post, we’ll be on a plane to Japan for a week and a half vacation. I still plan on updating this blog remotely, but it won’t be a priority.

I’m bringing the MacBook, iPod, and digital camera to take tons of strange pictures for future posts. And I’m sure there will be a post or two about the food.

Luckily, two of the hotels we’ll be staying at in Tokyo and Kyoto will have Internet access, both in the rooms and someplace called the Yahoo! Cafe — sounds funny.

Until April, in order to fill in the gaps between sporadic blogging, I’ve lined up several “guest bloggers” — a different writer every day. I’m sure this will make for some interesting reading. I hope the contrast between writers will be part of the fun. Even I’m not exactly sure what will happen.

In my absence, I won’t have much time to moderate comments — so play nice, and forgive me if this blog is overrun by spam!
