I&#039;m in South Africa and I was wondering how I could get a hold of some of these drinks as they are not freely available.  For instance, one restaurant sells the Sanbitter (that I love), but when I ask them where I can buy it, they are extremely mysterious.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
