  • Heh - still getting my head around it. The truth is, I haven't put too much effort into it! My calorie counting is - one bagel or two?
  • That's what you can't do. Cut those bagels (carbs!) for awhile. Just a short while. You'll go back to it eventually, but you have to reintroduce it in stages when you're at a comfortable weight.
  • Cool ... I seem to be in this statis of not breaking 170. But when I do start taking it seriously, I'm sure I'll write a post about it...!
