The central library had all sorts of shows on VHS and The Prisoner was one of them that I quite enjoyed. I only got about 10 eps in though, so off to Netflix for me! Thanks for the reminded. Also, the music is pretty good too. There are several releases available, including the remastered original recordings. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. Also, I read last August that Christopher Nolan was in talks to direct a movie version based on a script by the same people that wrote 12 Monkeys.
