How To Know You’re A Blog Master

February 6th, 2007

BlogsI think I have a new metric to know when you’re a Blog Master: Someone starts a blog parody of yours.

Matt Scoble has the pleasure of Scoobietron.

Marissa Mayer (Google) had a parody blog at Marissa (BETA)

Here’s a whole bunch: A-lister parodies.

Here’s a funny parody of blogging about bloggers in general.

These next few aren’t exactly a parody, but fall under of the banner of someone blogging about how your blog is totally wrong. I think that still counts. Mike Arrington runs TechCrunch, and here’s the opposite view: Arrington Sucks. And another TechCrunch critic, ShitCrunch (found on Zoli’s Blog).

Note: Anybody else know of some funny parody blogs? I’d like to check them out and add them to this post.

I’m thinking the Casey Serin blog is ripe for aping. Because he sure isn’t going to be able to shut you down with lawyers (as I thought the fake Steve Jobs blog was). Anybody want to do it with me?

On second thought… never mind.
