Macworld Notes

January 10th, 2007

AppleSome notes from Macworld (I’m sitting on the floor of Moscone center as it’s the best place for the wireless reception): The iPhone is naturally, slicker in person. It’s smaller than it seems, and the back is a beautiful brushed metal. The screen is really gorgeous - bright and detailed. It’s too bad we can’t get our hands on it to play around. They have several Apple iPhones in plastic cases where the base rotates. The crowd of people around them is pretty funny - kind of like checking out the Mona Lisa behind glass.

Pretty funny to be sitting here typing this, surrounded by others on their Mac portables. Not a Dell laptop in sight.

I’ll post something more substantial (with hopefully a picture or two later tonight). I’m meeting up with the spouse and then catching a digg podcast presentation with Kevin and Alex of diggnation.
