And obviously - I'm signed up for netflix, and enjoy it - the community aspects there are pretty decent (5.7 miilion subscribers). I loved the sharing of movie reviews & ratings, but really disliked the emphasis on 'friending' and skinning and so on. I also wanted more ways to bring the data stored on Flixster onto my blog. It also seemed very odd that there wasn't a Netflix-type service baked in ... seemed like a logical feature to include. Netflix should buy them and rip out the kiddie stuff.
