Honestly, I’m open to a new cast, crew and ship, maybe with one or two veterans at the helm. Like “A New Adventure with Tuvok” or something.

Hmmm.... I could get into the idea of maybe a star trek miniseries. What actors would they use though? Seems like the original series is out... unless shatner and nimoy play themselves on the cusp on the next generation. I'm sure you have heard about this new 11th Starfleet academy movie.

I’ve always thought that straight-to-dvd Star Trek movies/mini series would be great for the franchise. Fill in some of the gaps in the canon with stand alone stories. Maybe follow up of some of the episodes from any of the series, much like “Wrath of Khan” followed up to “Space Seed.”
