Gizmodo played a cruel joke on us, saying the “iPhone” would be released on Monday, and it will be, but it’s a Linksys (Cisco) VOIP phone - an idea I mumbled about a while back.

So that’s sucky news for all us Apple-philes, but the good news I don’t have to stick to my promise of writing a song about Steve Jobs.
