Bottle Cap-O-Rama Insanity

Bottle capsCame home Friday to be greeted by a package containing some 100 or so bottle caps donated. It’s a childhood bottle cap collection with many older caps from the seventies. Many are in pretty good condition while others were definitely showing their age. The best of the lot have been posted to Bottle Cap-O-Rama, however many more need some care and attention. Currently I’m not completely sure about the best way to clean and restore old bottle caps (especially tarnished and rusty ones) or if it’s even worth the effort.

I also recieved two Yoohoo bottle caps from another donor, and am negotiation three trades with collectors in Europe. Thankfully, my process is relatively streamlined thanks to Joomla and so I was able to churn through the addition of nearly 50 bottle caps in a few hours. All said though, this hobby has been loads of fun and staying a few steps ahead of the deluge is inspiration enough to stave off procrastination.
