Another alternating day off. I played around with this Web 2.0 browser-blog-thing called Flock. It definitely has a Mac OS X look and feel, which is much appreciated. From what I understand, it’s kind of a super-skin of Firefox. However, it’s sort of caught halfway for me, since I’ve spent so much time getting my sites available for in-browser, remote editing, that it’s kind of an annoying pull-back to feel like I’m updating the sites on my desktop again, which is what Flock feels like. It’s also not good enough of a browser for me to give up Safari or Firefox, so I’m sort of left with a not-quite-there feeling. Beta, beta, beta.
